By using Niche Logo (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

The Service

Niche Logo is a free, browser-based tool that generates logo artwork from your input. It’s provided as-is, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.

Your logo and license

You may use logos you create here for personal and commercial projects, free of charge and without attribution. Full details are on the licensing page. You are responsible for the brand name and any text you enter.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service to copy or recreate an existing brand’s logo, a sports league or club mark, or any protected or trademarked symbol.
• Don’t use it to create hateful, deceptive or unlawful marks.
• Don’t misrepresent a generated logo as a registered trademark you own unless you have secured those rights independently.

Trademark & legal disclaimer

A generated logo is not a registered trademark, and we perform no trademark or copyright clearance. You are solely responsible for ensuring your name and mark don’t infringe others’ rights. The Service does not provide legal advice; consult a qualified attorney for trademark matters.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any logo you create with it.
